Terms and conditions for ordering and delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

Delivery: approx. five working days
Price (Switzerland): CHF 12.00 per copy incl.VAT
Shipping and handling: CHF 2.90 per copy incl. VAT
Invoicing: Separate invoice by Directories AG. (Swisscom AG clients will be invoiced directly via their telephone bill).
